本文针对地方高校机械设计制造及其自动化专业提出了“2.5+0.5+1”人才培养新模式,根据其改革的思路及设想,以“厚基础、强能力、宽口径、高素质”的人才培养特色构建该专业的人才培养计划,并提出“2.5+0.5+1”工学合作教育应具备的基本要素.

The new training mode"2.5 + 0.5 + 1" of mechanical design, manufacturing and automation a in local colleges and universities is proposed in this paper. According to the reform ideas and vision, the professional personnel training programs are built based on the " thick foundation, strong ability, wide caliber, high quality" personnel training features. At last, the basic elements of the "2.5 +0.5 + 1" cooperation engineering education mode are given.
