采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,就我国江浙沪三地30所大众商业健身俱乐部中的580名健身消费者对私教课程的满意度及需求进行调查研究。结果表明:1)健身消费者总体上对俱乐部私教课比较满意,尤其是指导过程和服务水平,而对饮食计划和课后回访的满意度则较低;2)性别、学历和健身经历是影响消费者对私教课满意度的主要因素;3)健身消费者对私教课的需求主要体现在“时间效率、锻炼效果、安全系数、锻炼激情、内容多样、交流适应、健康咨询”等方面;4)健身经历时间的长短是消费者在私教课各维度上不同需求度的影响因素,而性别、年龄、学历和职业等因素则不影响消费者对私教课的需求度。

The methods of literature consultation and questionnaire were used to make an investigation of the satisfaction and demand of fitness - consumers in private training courses in over 30 fitness - clubs in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai. The results showed that: 1 ) Most of fitness- consumers were satisfied with the private training courses, especially for guiding process and service level, while the satisfaction rate of diet plan and return visits was lower; 2) Gender, education background and fitness -experience were the main factors that influenced consumers' satisfaction in private training courses. 3 ) The consumption demand for private training courses mainly embodied in time efficiency, exercise effect, safety factor, training passion, variety of contents, communication and health consultation; 4 ) The time length of fitness training experience was an influence factor of consumers' different demand degree on private training courses, while other factors like gender, age, education background and vocation could not affect the consumption demand for private training courses.
