为了研究补充磷脂对大鼠腓肠肌钝挫伤恢复效果,采用重物下落装置建立急性骨骼肌钝挫伤模型,损伤后补充磷脂。在损伤后取样测定和计算腓肠肌SOD、CAT,GSH—Px活性及MDA含量变化。与自然愈合组比较结果发现,损伤后第2—10d,补充磷脂能显著提高腓肠肌SOD、GSH—Px活性,显著降低MDA含量,对CAT活性影响未出现显著变化。因此,补充磷脂能明显提高大鼠急性骨骼肌钝挫伤后的腓肠中SOD,,GSH—Px活性,降低腓肠肌中MDA含量,对于清除大鼠受损腓肠肌氧自由基,加快消除损伤后发生的脂质过氧化反应,降低脂质过氧化水平,提高急性骨骼肌钝挫伤恢复效果具有促进作用。

In order to explore the recovery effect of supplementary phospholipids on rat gastrocnemius after blunt injury, the acute skeletal muscle contusion was produced by heavy objects dropping devices. Subcutaneous feeding or blank control were performed respectively with each group. The muscles were sampled after contusion, and then the muscle contractive strength and relaxation were measured while superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde were determined. From the second day to the tenth day, complement phospholipids could markedly improve the activities of SOD, GSH - Px, and significantly reduce the content of MDA and affect CAT activity insignificantly. Therefore, supplementary phospholipids could improve SOD, GSH- Px activity and reduce the MDA content after the rat acute gastrocnemius blunt injury, facilitate and promote clearing free radical damage muscles restoration.
