对环岸可靠性问题进行深入的理论研究、计算研究，降低环岸的机械疲劳失效，寻求优化设计方案，提出提高活塞环岸结构可靠性的措施，不仅具有重要的理论意义，而且具有显著的实际应用价值。本文if,0用应力疲劳分析理论和材料的s—N曲线，结合有限元分析，对硅铝合金活塞环岸的结构可靠性问题展开了研究。

It is very important to do theoretical and computational researches on durability per- formance of piston ring land. Upon the researches, we optimize the design and propose measures to improve mechanical safety of the ring land. Employing the theory of stress fatigue and the material S -N curve as well as combining the FEA, the paper does researches to the fatigue reliability and safety problems of ring land of silicon aluminum alloy piston.
