通过对因漏水报废的缸体毛坯进行铸件解剖分析和化学成分分析,确定缺陷特征并分析出造成铸件漏水报废的原因,制-h-x.艺整改方案并实施,降低漏水缺陷废品率,完善了电炉生产气缸体工艺,降低了铸件废品率。

Defect characters and reasons which cause cylinder block leakage are analyzed in this paper to compositions by dissecting of cylinder block casting. The plan of the processing is modified and implemented, therefore, decreasing the rate of refused products due to leakage and improving the technology which is used to produce cylinder blocks with induction furnace, and reducing the refused castings.
