依托渝利铁路长洪岭隧道近距下穿地表城镇(江池镇)减震爆破施工,通过使用电子毫秒电雷管开展减震爆破试验。试验以爆破震动波的干扰降震原理为指导,结合以往工程使用非电毫秒延期导爆管雷管的减震爆破技术,并进行爆破减震动监测,优化爆破参数,形成了在30 m左右近距条件下爆破振速低于1.0 cm/s的电子毫秒电雷管全断面减震爆破开挖技术,达到了近距下穿地表城镇时降低隧道爆破振速、确保地表建筑物安全的目的。同时,拓展了在近距条件下隧道钻爆法使用范围,减少了临时支护,提高了施工工效。
依託渝利鐵路長洪嶺隧道近距下穿地錶城鎮(江池鎮)減震爆破施工,通過使用電子毫秒電雷管開展減震爆破試驗。試驗以爆破震動波的榦擾降震原理為指導,結閤以往工程使用非電毫秒延期導爆管雷管的減震爆破技術,併進行爆破減震動鑑測,優化爆破參數,形成瞭在30 m左右近距條件下爆破振速低于1.0 cm/s的電子毫秒電雷管全斷麵減震爆破開挖技術,達到瞭近距下穿地錶城鎮時降低隧道爆破振速、確保地錶建築物安全的目的。同時,拓展瞭在近距條件下隧道鑽爆法使用範圍,減少瞭臨時支護,提高瞭施工工效。

Changhongling tunnel on Chongqing-Lichuan railway crosses underneath Jiangchi town. In the construction of the town-crossing section of the tunnel, vibration-minimizing blasting tests are performed by using electronic detonators. The mentioned tests are carried out under the guidance of interference vibration-minimizing theory. The vibration-mini- mizing blasting is monitored, and the blasting parameters are optimized. Full-face vibration-minimizing blasting technol- ogy with electronic detonators, which achieves less than 1.0 em/s blasting vibration velocity under the condition of about 30 m distance, is established. In the end, the blasting vibration velocity is reduced, the safety of the surface buildings is guaranteed, the primary support of the tunnel is reduced and the construction efficiency is improved.
