亚太地区在世界上的地位随着其经济的迅速发展和众多大国利益的交织与碰撞而日趋重要,尤其是2008年金融危机之后,亚太的世界政治经济中心地位进一步凸显。欧美等世界主要大国都纷纷把战略重心转向亚太,作为欧亚大国的俄罗斯根据其内外形势发生的新变化,也相应地对其亚太战略进行了调整,对外战略开始向亚太地区倾斜。文章从俄罗斯亚太战略调整的背景、意图与表现以及对中俄关系的影响等方面对这一新形势下俄罗斯亚太战略的转变做出初步的探析。

The status of the Asia-Pacific region in the world,along with its rapid economic development,intertwined and collided with interests of major powers,is becoming increasingly important.Its status as world political and economic center has been further highlighted especially after the 2008 financial crisis.Europe and the United States and other world major powers have turned their strategic focus to the Asia-Pacific region,Russia as a Eurasian country adjusts its Asia-Pacific strategy correspondingly under the new changes in its internal and external situation.It tilts the foreign strategy to the Asia-Pacific region.The paper will make a preliminary analysis to Russia’s adjustments in Asia-Pacific strategy in terms of changes in this new situation from its backgrounds,intentions and performances as well as the impacts of the Sino-Russian relations.
