烹饪营养学是烹饪与营养教育专业的主干课,利用多媒体授课关键在于课件制作与课堂教学。采取课件制作简洁,重点突出,教学方法多样,教学环节灵活,才能使学生热爱多媒体课堂,积极参与课堂互动、活跃课堂气氛、提高课堂效率,提高教学质量。
烹飪營養學是烹飪與營養教育專業的主榦課,利用多媒體授課關鍵在于課件製作與課堂教學。採取課件製作簡潔,重點突齣,教學方法多樣,教學環節靈活,纔能使學生熱愛多媒體課堂,積極參與課堂互動、活躍課堂氣氛、提高課堂效率,提高教學質量。

Cooking Nutrition is the backbone of Kooking and Nutrition Education classes,and the key of using multimedia teaching lies in courseware production and classroom teaching.Take courseware production is simple,focused,diverse teaching methods,flexible teaching to make students love the multimedia classroom,and actively participate in classroom interaction,active classroom atmosphere,and improve classroom efficiency,improve the quality of teaching.
