畜禽废物的处理问题一直是一个关系到养殖户利益、社会利益和环境利益的重要问题，传统方法已经难以实现对大量畜禽废物的有效处理．笔者综述了当前利用微生物发酵处理畜禽废物的若干方法及其相关研究进展，通过比较，以期找出一种成本低、操作简单、能从源头上有效解决畜禽废物问题的微生物处理技术．

Livestock manure disposal has been closely associated with the benefits of farmers and social and environmental issues. It is difficult to treat the waste from livestocks and poultry using traditional means. Several methods of animal waste disposal by microbial fermentation are reviewed in this paper aiming to find a way of low cost and ease of operation using bio-treatment technology.
