针对当前工程教育存在教育理念滞后且不适应工程科技人才的需求、人才培养模式单一、产学研不到位,企业很少参与人才培养、教育评价体系导向重论文轻设计和实践、对学生的创新教育与创业训练不够重视等问题,提出矿物加工工程专业创新人才培养实践教学体系改革思路;构建了矿物加工工程专业校内实验教学体系、校外产学研实践教学基地、校内大学生科技训练第二课堂活动三个层面的工程实践创新人才培养体系,取得较为显著的创新人才培养效果。
針對噹前工程教育存在教育理唸滯後且不適應工程科技人纔的需求、人纔培養模式單一、產學研不到位,企業很少參與人纔培養、教育評價體繫導嚮重論文輕設計和實踐、對學生的創新教育與創業訓練不夠重視等問題,提齣礦物加工工程專業創新人纔培養實踐教學體繫改革思路;構建瞭礦物加工工程專業校內實驗教學體繫、校外產學研實踐教學基地、校內大學生科技訓練第二課堂活動三箇層麵的工程實踐創新人纔培養體繫,取得較為顯著的創新人纔培養效果。
침대당전공정교육존재교육이념체후차불괄응공정과기인재적수구、인재배양모식단일、산학연불도위,기업흔소삼여인재배양、교육평개체계도향중논문경설계화실천、대학생적창신교육여창업훈련불구중시등문제,제출광물가공공정전업창신인재배양실천교학체계개혁사로;구건료광물가공공정전업교내실험교학체계、교외산학연실천교학기지、교내대학생과기훈련제이과당활동삼개층면적공정실천창신인재배양체계,취득교위현저적창신인재배양효과。
In view of the problems of current engineering teaching in education idea not meet the engineering needs of science and technology talents,talent training mode is single,industry-university-research not to reach the designated position,enterprise rarely involved in talent training,education evaluation system oriented to pay attention to paper but light the design and practice,pay not enough attention to student's innovation education and enterprise training,the article put forward three dimensions of innovative talents cultivation system of the engineering practice of the practice teaching system reform thinking of innovative talents training for the specialty of mineral processing engineering;constructed the university experiment teaching system and extramural research practice teaching base for the specialty of mineral processing engineering,the second classroom activity of university students' scientific and technological training,which obtained remarkable innovation effect of talent cultivation.
