基于过程方法的新建本科院校教学质量监控体系的运行,是由＂管理职责＂、＂资源管理＂、＂产品实现＂、及＂测量、分析和改进＂四个方面的过程组成的。同时,应用PDCA循环法管理教学质量的每一个过程以及这些过程之间的复杂关系,并通过强有力的组织领导是实现新建本科院校教学质量监控体系有效运行的重要举措。
基于過程方法的新建本科院校教學質量鑑控體繫的運行,是由＂管理職責＂、＂資源管理＂、＂產品實現＂、及＂測量、分析和改進＂四箇方麵的過程組成的。同時,應用PDCA循環法管理教學質量的每一箇過程以及這些過程之間的複雜關繫,併通過彊有力的組織領導是實現新建本科院校教學質量鑑控體繫有效運行的重要舉措。

The teaching quality monitoring system of newly built undergraduate course universities based on the process method is composed of four aspects of the process of ＂management responsibility＂,＂resource management＂,＂product implementation＂,and ＂measurement,analysis and improvement＂.At the same time,we should manage the every process and the complex relationship between them of teaching quality by applying PDCA method,and carry out an important measure through strong leadership to realize the effective operation of teaching quality monitoring system of newly built undergraduate course universities.
