研究发现,高校教育质量保障体系有＂被动建构＂的特性,具体表现有各高校教育质量保障体系的高度＂同质性＂,所构建的教育质量保障体系高度＂理想化＂。同时高校管理的＂碎片化＂影响了教育质量保障体系的构建,主要表现为组织价值＂碎片化＂影响了体系目标的协调一致,职能和资源配置＂碎片化＂影响了体系的运行,管理过程＂碎片化＂影响了体系目标的实现。
연구발현,고교교육질량보장체계유＂피동건구＂적특성,구체표현유각고교교육질량보장체계적고도＂동질성＂,소구건적교육질량보장체계고도＂이상화＂。동시고교관리적＂쇄편화＂영향료교육질량보장체계적구건,주요표현위조직개치＂쇄편화＂영향료체계목표적협조일치,직능화자원배치＂쇄편화＂영향료체계적운행,관리과정＂쇄편화＂영향료체계목표적실현。
From the study,we found that the higher education quality guarantee system has the characteristics of ＂passive construction＂,its specific performance shows： the education quality guarantee system of each college have high homogeneity,the guarantee system of teaching quality constructed by them are higher ＂idealization＂.At the same time,the ＂fragmentation＂ of management in colleges and universities affected the construction of the education quality assurance system,the main performance are： the fragmentation of organizational value affect coordination and accordance of the system target,the fragmentation of functions and resources allocation affect the system operation,the fragmentation of management process affect the achievement of the system goal.
