采用传统固相反应方法制备了Ba1-xSrxTiO3（x=0，0．1，0．2，0．3，004）陶瓷材料，用X射线衍射方法和介电谱方法研究了所制备陶瓷材料的结构和介电性能，结果表明，所制备样品，Sr2＋进入BaTiO2后与B矿形成了钙钛矿型连续固溶体：随着SP含量的增加，峰位向高衍射角度移动，晶粒尺寸减小，说明Sr2＋的掺入抑制了晶粒的生长：BST的系列样品随着温度的升高，介电常数增大，但是随着频率的增大介电常数减小，且峰值随着SP含量的增加都向低温区移动，SP的掺入，有明显的压峰效应，具有弥散相变的特征．

Ba1-xSrxTiO3（x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,004）ceramic materials were prepared by conventional solid reaction method . the law of the structure and dielectric properties of the ceramic material was studied using X-ray diffraction （XRD） and dielectric spectroscopy metheds. The results indicated that：（1）XRD diffraction results shows： BaTiO3 mixed with Sr2＋,formed perovskite-type solid solution. （2）With the ineease of the content of x（Sr2＋）, the peak position moved to higher diffraction angle. The grain size of the crystal decreases, indicating that the Sr2＋ restrained the growth of the grain;（3） With the increase of x （Sr2＋）content, BST dielectric constant increased and dielectric peak move to the low temperature region . BaTiO3 mixed with Sr2＋ has apparent pressure peak effect and the characteristics of dispersion phase transition.
