高校知识产权工作是推进国家知识产权战略的重要组成部分,也是提升高校科研实力,增强高校自主创新能力的重要抓手。目前高校知识产权工作存在知识产权意识单薄、专利量增质减、转化率低等问题。要推进高校知识产权工作,必须加强宣传,增强知识产权意识;必须完善制度,健全机制;必须加强校企合作,促进转化。

The work of intellectual property in university is an essential part in the promotion of national intellectual property strategy.And it plays an important role in the enhancement of scientific research ability and strengthening the creativity abilities of colleges and universities.However,there exist such problems as weak awareness of intellectual property,low transformation rate and high quantity but low quality of patents.Some measures therefore should be taken to promote intellectual property transformation,such as strengthening publicity,improving intellectual property awareness,perfecting management system and mechanism and reinforcing the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
