分别使用平口夹具、线轴夹具和渐开线夹具对3种钢帘线的破断力进行了测定和分析,探讨了夹具型式对检测钢帘线破断力的影响及原因,提出应优先采用渐开线夹具检测钢帘线的破断力。

The breaking force of the steel tire cords was determined with flat jaw,spool-type clamp and involute-type clamp,and the effects and causes of clamps on the breaking force of the steel tire cords were discussed and analyzed.The results indicated that involute-type clamp was prior to be selected for the determination of breaking force of the steel tire cords.
