Smart City is a new target for the city informatization. Smart city is concerned more about people＇s livelihood and services, and it focuses on the perception and interconnection. It accelerates the transformation pattern of economic growth and helps to build a harmonious society. Based on Smart City theory, combined with Langfang actual situation, the paper proposes a series of measures to promote scientific development and civilization progress.
