大学生就业难问题是当今社会普遍关注的热点问题,其存在既有经济、教育发展中诸多问题造成的客观原因,也有毕业生择业观与现实脱节的主观原因。政府在促进大学毕业生就业问题上,在进行政策调控、高校就业指导机制建设的同时,还应在企业与人才交流、人才供需信息发布、大学生创业及就业保障方面提供支持。

College graduates＇ employment problem is one of common concerns in today＇s society.The cause of its existence lies in objective factors related to economy,educational development as well as subjective reasons related to graduates＇ unrealistic career choices.The government should take strategic actions in policy regulation and establishment of career guidance of universities and formulate supportive policies in information exchange of job market and communication between enterprises and job-hunters.
