针对细粒煤泥浮选效率低的问题,设计了一种新型溶气浮选装置。以七台河煤样为研究对象,进行了溶气压力、矿浆浓度和药比为主要影响因素的溶气浮选正交实验,确定总用药量为1.8kg/t、溶气压力为0.4MPa、矿浆浓度为20∥L、药比为3:1的最优操作条件;进行溶气浮选与传统浮选的对比实验,分析两种不同浮选产品的粒度组成。结果表明:相同的浮选实验条件下,溶气浮选与传统浮选相比,精煤灰分降低了0.42%,浮选精煤产率、浮选完善指标、可燃体回收率分别提高了4.70%、5.18%、6.12%。细粒煤泥的溶气浮选效果优于传统浮选。

Aimed at addressing the lower flotation efficiency, as has been common in fine coals, this paper features the design of a novel dissolved air flotation device. The design process consists of performing the orthogonal test of dissolved air flotation, associated with the main influencing factors, such as saturation pressure, pulp concentration, and reagent ratio, depending on the coal sample from Qitaihe mine, determining the optimal operating conditions with the reagents consumption of 1.8 kg/t, the pressure of 0.4 MPa, pulp concentration of 20 g/L, and reagent ratio of 3 : 1, conducting the comparison between dissolved air flotation method and the traditional flotation one, and analyzing two different flotation products size. The results show that, employed in the same flotation conditions, dissolved air flotation method gives a 0.42% lower clean coal ash content, a 4.70 % higher flotation yield of clean coal, a 5. 18 % better flotation perfect indicator, and a 6. 12 % greater recovery of combustible body than does conventional flotation one. It follows that dissolved air flotation method compares favourably with the conventional flotation method.
