研究了航空发动机主轴轴承润滑冷却技术中几个环节的关键问题。提出了润滑油的选用依据,分析了各种供油方式的特点及其供油压力的应用原则,给出了工程设计中滑油流量计算公式的使用方法,并归纳了喷嘴和润滑冷却结构设计中技术细节的设计要点。
研究瞭航空髮動機主軸軸承潤滑冷卻技術中幾箇環節的關鍵問題。提齣瞭潤滑油的選用依據,分析瞭各種供油方式的特點及其供油壓力的應用原則,給齣瞭工程設計中滑油流量計算公式的使用方法,併歸納瞭噴嘴和潤滑冷卻結構設計中技術細節的設計要點。

Several key technical issues of lubricating and cooling for aeroengine mainshaft bearings were studied. The selection basis of lubricant was proposed and the characteristic of the oil feeding modes and the applied guideline of the oil feeding pressure were analyzed. The operation method of the computation formula for the oil flow in engineering design was presented and the focus on designing the nozzles and the lubrication structures were induced.
