    本文以盐城工学院材料科学与工程专业实施＂卓越工程师计划＂为例,提出应用型本科院校采用的＂3＋1＂人才培养模式及＂项目绑定式＂工程实践能力培养体系,该模式能为应用型本科院校实施＂卓越工程师计划＂提供借鉴与参考。
    본문이염성공학원재료과학여공정전업실시＂탁월공정사계화＂위례,제출응용형본과원교채용적＂3＋1＂인재배양모식급＂항목방정식＂공정실천능력배양체계,해모식능위응용형본과원교실시＂탁월공정사계화＂제공차감여삼고。
    This article introduces the ＂3 ＋ 1＂ teaching mode and ＂project binding＂ engineering capacity training system for application-oriented material science and engineering application in idea of ＂Excellent Engineer Plan＂. The establishment of teaching adapting ＂3--1＂ training project can serve as reference for the construction of school of the same level.
