当电场足够强时,可将向列相液晶看作单轴介质.基于液晶的电场调控特性,通过传输矩阵法数值计算了含一向列相苯乙炔型液晶缺陷层一维光子晶体缺陷模的电场调控特性.数值结果表明,缺陷模波长将随着入射光方向与电场方向间夹角θ的增大向短波方向移动,通过改变夹角θ可实现光开关的功能.
噹電場足夠彊時,可將嚮列相液晶看作單軸介質.基于液晶的電場調控特性,通過傳輸矩陣法數值計算瞭含一嚮列相苯乙炔型液晶缺陷層一維光子晶體缺陷模的電場調控特性.數值結果錶明,缺陷模波長將隨著入射光方嚮與電場方嚮間夾角θ的增大嚮短波方嚮移動,通過改變夾角θ可實現光開關的功能.

When the electric field intensity is strong enough, nematic liquid crystal can be seen as a kind of uniaxial medium. Based on the electric field controlled characteristics of liquid crystal, the defect mode of one-dimensional phztonic crystal with a liquid crystal defect layer tunable properties was studied by transfer matrix method. The numerical results showed that : the wavelength of the defect modes moves to the shortwave as the angle θ between the direction of the electric field and prpendicular incident light increases. So photoswitch function can be realized by changing the angle θ.
