介绍了引供水工程中流量控制调节的方式与流量调节的重要性,阐述了泵站流量控制调节的理论模型与实现方法。在流量—转速（或流量—角度）调节方式的基础上,提出了泵组流量控制的比例—积分—微分（PID）调节方式,分析了PID调节的基本原理、参数确定、闭锁要求及主要调试步骤。

The water flow control methods and the importance of the water flow regulation in the water supply project are introduced. The theoretical model and the implementing way of water flow control and adjustment of the pump station are stressed on. Based on the flow-speed （or flow-angle） regulation, the proportion-integral-differential coefficient （PID） regulation of pumping unit is proposed, and the PID regulating principle, the parameter determination, the latching requirements and main commissioning steps are analyzed.
