通过对3种双液压缸同步控制方法的比较分析,并结合丰满大坝溢流闸门现场环境条件较为恶劣的状况,确定了采用以速度粗调和位置精调相结合的同步控制方法,成功地解决了北方露天环境中闸门双液压缸难以同步控制的问题。该同步控制方法通过了原型运用的检验,同步精度较高,工作较为可靠。
通過對3種雙液壓缸同步控製方法的比較分析,併結閤豐滿大壩溢流閘門現場環境條件較為噁劣的狀況,確定瞭採用以速度粗調和位置精調相結閤的同步控製方法,成功地解決瞭北方露天環境中閘門雙液壓缸難以同步控製的問題。該同步控製方法通過瞭原型運用的檢驗,同步精度較高,工作較為可靠。

Through the comparative analysis of three synchronous control method for double hydraulic cylinder, and combined with the bad local environmental conditions of overflow gate in Fengman dam, the speed coarse regulation mixed with position precisely modulation for synchronization control method is determined to use, which successfully solved the problem that the synchronous control of double hydraulic cylinder of overflow gate is difficult in north environment under the open sky. This method passes through the inspection of prototype use. It has high synchronization precision and can work reliably.
