教学秘书是高校教学管理工作中的骨干力量,是院系、师生之间沟通的桥梁。当前高等学校中教学秘书队伍的现状不容乐观。本文试从教学秘书的职责及现状入手,分析如何加强和改进教学秘书工作,建立相应机制,实现教学管理上的科学化、规范化。

Teaching secretary is the backbone in teaching management, which plays a decisive role in three level management in colleges. At present, the situation of teaching secretary team in college is not optimistic. This article tries to begin with the responsibilities and status in quo of the teaching secretary, analyzing how to strengthen and improve the work of teaching secretary, establish corresponding mechanism, and cultivate the excellent management persons for higher education in our country.
