地方工科院校中的人文社科类教师科研绩效激励机制存在着重数量,轻能力与知识、重个人绩效激励,轻集体绩效激励、重单一物质奖励,轻多元化绩效评价,建议强化知识与能力的评价、重视人文社科类教师科研团队建设、建立多元化绩效激励机制。
地方工科院校中的人文社科類教師科研績效激勵機製存在著重數量,輕能力與知識、重箇人績效激勵,輕集體績效激勵、重單一物質獎勵,輕多元化績效評價,建議彊化知識與能力的評價、重視人文社科類教師科研糰隊建設、建立多元化績效激勵機製。
지방공과원교중적인문사과류교사과연적효격려궤제존재착중수량,경능력여지식、중개인적효격려,경집체적효격려、중단일물질장려,경다원화적효평개,건의강화지식여능력적평개、중시인문사과류교사과연단대건설、건립다원화적효격려궤제。
There are some negative aspects in motivating teachers of social sciences and humanities to carry out reasearch in local science and engineering colleges and universities. Importance is attached to the quantity of teachers' research results rather than their knowledge and research ability, and to motivation on an individual rath- er than a collaborative basis, and to material rewards rather than a diversified evaluation. Therefore, the paper suggests that more emphasis be placed on the evaluation of teachers" ability and knowledge, on the construction of research teams of social sciences and humanities teachers, and on the application of a diversified motivation sys- tem.
