University Culture has not only the Rational character, but also Humanistic qualities. It has a u- nique environmental forces which influences students and society. Students need to have a cultural sense of ＂ consciousness＂ and ＂spontaneous＂ so that they can master the Rational character and Humanistic qualities. The University culture ＂field＂ which is built up with＂ Core layer＂, ＂System layer ＂, ＂ Behavior layer＂ can locate students behavour and lead cultural force into students mind.
