근거C계렬려합금항개주건적결구특점，분석료합금용련、제심、요주、열처리급침삼등공예과정，해결료항개모배적결함문제，생산적주건량품솔체95％이상。
According to the structural features of C-type aluminum alloy cylinder head, the process for alloy melting, making core, pouring, heat treatment and infiltration were analyzed. The defects for rough cylinder head are solved, and the non-defective rate is more than 95%.
