针对耐磨、耐蚀、耐热钢铁合金铸件力学性能和使用性能的要求,提出其热处理工艺设计的主要内容和要点。通过构建具体耐磨、耐蚀、耐热钢铁合金铸件热处理工艺设计框架,应用试验设计方法对工艺设计系统中尚不明确的试验因素权重和尚不能定量把握的试验因素水平进行分析和考察,从而制定出正确合理的热处理工艺。
針對耐磨、耐蝕、耐熱鋼鐵閤金鑄件力學性能和使用性能的要求,提齣其熱處理工藝設計的主要內容和要點。通過構建具體耐磨、耐蝕、耐熱鋼鐵閤金鑄件熱處理工藝設計框架,應用試驗設計方法對工藝設計繫統中尚不明確的試驗因素權重和尚不能定量把握的試驗因素水平進行分析和攷察,從而製定齣正確閤理的熱處理工藝。

Based on the mechanical property and use requirements of abrasion, corrosion, heat resistant alloy castings, the main contents and key points of heat treatment process was presented. The unclear test factors in design system were analyzed and investigated by building the heat treatment process frame for abrasion, corrosion, heat resistant alloy castings and the application of experimental design methods, and the proper heat treatment process was established.
