钱塘江为浙江省及长江三角洲地区规划重点建设的骨干航道,富春江船闸的航运"瓶颈"制约现象日益突出,为满足浙江省经济高速发展对钱塘江流域航运的要求,对富春江船闸进行扩建改造,提高通航能力。采用二维水动力数学模型,分析船闸工程扩建改造后下游河道的水动力情势变化。通过计算分析,原船闸布置方案对富春江电厂发电、大坝厂房安全、航道运行安全以及下游河道堤防防洪安全造成较大的影响。针对此情况,对原工程设计方案提出疏浚下游河道、预留行洪渠道、设置行洪闸的改进措施。数学模型计算结果显示,此方案既能满足船舶航行条件要求,又能有效降低坝下水位,降低对电站厂房、大坝安全及河道堤防防洪安全影响。

The Qiantang River is the key waterway of the major project planned to be constructed in Zhejiang province and the Yangtze River delta area. But the restrictive effect of the shipping bottleneck at the Fuchunjiang River navigation junction' s lock becomes more and more obvious. Several processing programs of the ship lock in Fuchun River were proposed to satisfy the requirement of river navigation. The influence of the reconstruction project on the hydrodynamic changes was studied by a 2- D hydrodynamic mathematical model. The result of the medel showed that the reconstruction of the ship lock would affect the generating capacity of Fuchun River Power Plant, safety of the dam, the navigation and the riverbank. Several processing programs are proposed to reduce the influences, such as river dredging in the downstream, building a channel and setting sluice. Mathematical model results show that these programs can meet the navigation requirements and effectively reduce the influences of the reconstruction of the ship lock.
