在采用弹塑性有限元法模拟五机架四/六辊冷连轧轧制过程的基础上,采用拟合函数法得到轧辊弹性压扁后的辊形曲线函数,据此计算轧辊弹性压扁曲率半径。该模型与常用的Hitchcock公式相比,计算的压扁半径能使轧制力计算值更接近实测值,提高了轧制力的预设定精度。
在採用彈塑性有限元法模擬五機架四/六輥冷連軋軋製過程的基礎上,採用擬閤函數法得到軋輥彈性壓扁後的輥形麯線函數,據此計算軋輥彈性壓扁麯率半徑。該模型與常用的Hitchcock公式相比,計算的壓扁半徑能使軋製力計算值更接近實測值,提高瞭軋製力的預設定精度。

On the basis of elastoplastic FEM to simulate the process of 5-stand 4/6 rollers cold tandem mill, the roll elastic flattening curve with quadratic function is obtained by using the fitting function method in the paper. And then the radius of flattening roll curvature is calculated according to the function. Compared with Hitchcock algorithm, the rolling force calculated with our model is closer to the measured rolling force. The study improves the accuracy of rolling force presetting.
