针对选矿生产过程能源消耗问题,引用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,使用超效率模型对多组选矿生产过程进行能耗分析,确定最佳能耗前沿面,然后通过灵敏度分析得出区间能耗前沿面,并通过修正最佳能耗前沿面,指导具体生产过程的能耗,为企业提供立足于本企业实际情况的降耗方案。最后利用具体实例验证了此法的可行性。

For the energy consumption of mineral processing, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method is introduced and super-efficient model is used to analyse the energy consumption of multi- group mineral processing. Based on that, the best energy consumption frontier is determined and inter- val energy consumption frontier is obtained by sensitivity analysis. The best energy consumption fron- tier can be amended which can guide the energy consumption of the factual production process. The reducing consumption scheme is provided to the enterprise according to its actual situation. Finally, concrete examples are used to verify the feasibility of the method.
