学习型学校建设是未来学校发展和变革的一种趋向，学习型学校不同于传统意义上的学校，它以适应性思维为指导，以学生发展为中心，强调共同愿景与合作，倡导人性化的学习氛围。学习型学校的建设必须扩大办学自主权，调动学校变革的积极性；促进学校领导角色的转变，成为战略型领导者；坚持民主办学，促进教职工的自主管理；重视以学生为中心，为学生的学习服务。
學習型學校建設是未來學校髮展和變革的一種趨嚮，學習型學校不同于傳統意義上的學校，它以適應性思維為指導，以學生髮展為中心，彊調共同願景與閤作，倡導人性化的學習氛圍。學習型學校的建設必鬚擴大辦學自主權，調動學校變革的積極性；促進學校領導角色的轉變，成為戰略型領導者；堅持民主辦學，促進教職工的自主管理；重視以學生為中心，為學生的學習服務。

The construction of learning school is a trend of the future school development. Different from the traditional sense, learning school is guided by adaptive thinking, focuses on the development of students, emphasizes common vision and cooperation, and advocates user-friendly learning atmosphere. To build learning school, it is necessary to expand school autonomy, mobilize the innovation enthusiasm of the school, promote the conversion of the school leaders to strategic leaders, uphold democratic school management and self-management of staff, and attach importance to centering on the students and serving for students learning.
