利用电化学测试方法研究脉冲电镀溶液的阴极行为,电流阶跃法测试光剂和辅剂对极化的影响,通过改变各自浓度和电流密度确认实际生产过程中镀液的控制方案,测试了不同条件下的阳极极化曲线分别添加光剂和辅剂时,阳极极化均有不同程度的增加,表明,有机添加剂均会参与阳极成膜。
利用電化學測試方法研究脈遲電鍍溶液的陰極行為,電流階躍法測試光劑和輔劑對極化的影響,通過改變各自濃度和電流密度確認實際生產過程中鍍液的控製方案,測試瞭不同條件下的暘極極化麯線分彆添加光劑和輔劑時,暘極極化均有不同程度的增加,錶明,有機添加劑均會參與暘極成膜。

The cathode polarization behavior was studied by using electrochemical testing method. We using Step Sweep to checking how the Additive and Carrier influenced the Cathode, We changed the concentration and current density to imitate the actual production, and we got the control method. The anode behavior was test in different condition, when add the Additive and Carrier in the solution, the polarization was increased, this indicated the organic composition would became a part of anode film.
