This paper describes the characteristic the anode of acidic copper electroplating in PCB manufactured process. It also introduces the organization and electrochemistry of common hospofized copper anode and hosphofized copper anode with micro-crystal, the application and excellence of the hosphofized copper anode with mico-crystal in perfect PCB manufactured process.
