从介绍利比亚事件入手，解构各国对利比亚“全国过渡委员会”承认的国际法属性，主张各国的承认并非是对国家的承认，而是对交战团体的承认或对政府的承认，其中法国的承认属于对交战团体的承认，其他国家的承认属于对政府的承认。

종개소리비아사건입수，해구각국대리비아“전국과도위원회”승인적국제법속성，주장각국적승인병비시대국가적승인，이시대교전단체적승인혹대정부적승인，기중법국적승인속우대교전단체적승인，기타국가적승인속우대정부적승인。
The article introduces the turmoil of Libya and researches the international Iawg nature of some countries＇recognition of ＂Na- tional Transitional Committee＂. It believes that this recognition is not the recognition of country, but that of belligerent group or government. The French recognition is the recognition of belligerent group, and the recognition of other countries is the recognition of government.
