本研究采用自编初中生同伴冲突解决策略评定问卷,对大连市360名初中生施测,以考察初中生同伴冲突解决策略的结构及发展特点。结果表明:初中生同伴冲突解决策略包括积极应对、妥协、竞争、顺从、回避五个维度;自编问卷具有较好的信效度与适用性;总体上,初中生同伴冲突解决策略发展随年级的增长呈倒“V”趋势,但每个阶段的发展速度不均衡;初中生冲突解决策略发展总体性别差异不显著.但在“积极应对”和“妥协”两个因子上,男生显著高于女生。

To explore the structure and developmental characteristics of the peer-conflict for the freddie- school students, 360 students were tested by the questionnaire of junior high school students' peer-conflict solving strategies. The results showed that: junior high school students' peer-conflict solving strategies hadfive dimensions including active coping, compromise, competition, obedient, and avoiding; The ques- tionnaire had good reliability, validity and applicability; Overall, the developmental trend of the junior high school students' peer-conflict solving strategies with the growth of the grade was reverse "V", but each stage of the developmental speed was not equilibrium; The gender difference of the development of the middle-school students' peer-conflict solving strategies was insignificant, but on the two factors that was "positive responses" and "compromise", the boys' was significantly higher than girls'.
