为考察老年人孙辈依赖的现状、特点及其与心理健康的关系，采用中国心理健康量表（老年版）与自编的老年人孙辈依赖问卷对324名老年人进行测量。结果发现：（1）老年人具有中等程度的孙辈依赖水平，且孙辈多的老年人其孙辈依赖水平显著低于孙辈少的老年人的依赖水平；（2）孙辈依赖存在区域差异，农村及农转城区域老年人的依赖分数显著高于城市区域老年人的依赖分数，且农转城区域老年人孙辈依赖情况有其复杂性和特殊性；孙辈依赖不存在性别差异。（3）老年心理健康总分、认知功能因子及情绪因子具有显著的孙辈依赖等级差异，社会适应因子具有边缘依赖等级差异，且孙辈依赖水平越高越影响老年人的心理健康状况，二者呈高度负相关。

To investigate the current situation and characters of the elderly dependence on grauut;u,iux~,, and its relationship with mental health, 324 old people were tested by the Dependence on Grandchildren Questionnaire and the Chinese Mental Health Scal （old edition）. Results showed：（1）old people had a medium level of the dependence to grandchildren（53.1%）, and the dependent level of those who had more grandchildren was higher than the imaginary dependent level of those of who had less grandchildren; （2） the regional effect existed in the dependence to grandchildren, the dependent scores of rural areas and ru- ral-to-urban areas were significantly higher than those of urban areas, and there were complexity and specificity in the situation of the dependence of effect rural-to-urban areas; and the gender effect not ex- isted in the dependent on grandchildren; （3） the dependent effect existed in the elderly mental health scores, Cognitive function scores and Emotional scores, the edge-dependent existed in the Social adapta- tion, and the higher level of the dependence on grandchildren, the seriouslier affect the mental health of the elderly, with a negative correlation between the two.
