采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法测定纺织品中2,4-二硝基甲苯。研究了提取溶剂、提取时间和温度对提取效率的影响,并对提取条件进行了优化。研究结果表明:在25-400μg/L2,4-二硝基甲苯的检测范围内,线性方程为A=-5892.6+608.1C,线性相关系数为r^2=O.9993,该方法的检测低限为0.2mg/kg(纺织品),方法的加标回收率在99.1%-107.7%之间。

This paper aims to determine 2,4-Dinitrotoluene in textiles by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. It studies the effects of extraction solvent, extraction time and temperature on the extraction efficiency and optimizes the extraction conditions. The results indicate that in the determination range of 25-400μg/L of 2,4-Dinitrotoluene, the linear equation is A=- 5892. 6 + 608. 1C, the linear correlation coefficient r2 is 0. 9993, and the lower limit of detection is 0. 2 mg/kg (textiles). The recycle percentage of it is in the range of 99. 1% -107. 7Y0.
