采用浸渍的方式对高保水土工养护膜进行高吸水化处理,对影响其使用效果的表观吸水性能及保水性能进行测试,并讨论了各反应条件与表观吸水性能的关系。研究结果表明:当丙烯酸用量为60g,丙烯酰胺用量为60g,过硫酸钾用量为0.08g,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺用量为0.08g,pH值为4.5,温度T为65℃时,养护膜的表观吸水率可达3834g/m^2,且具有较好的保水性能,基本满足土工用需求。

This study does the high water absorbent treatment on the high water-retention geotechnical maintenance membrane by dipping, tests the apparent water absorption and retention capabilities which influence its performance and discusses the relationship between various reaction conditions and the apparent water absorption. The results show that when Acrylic acid is 60g, Acrylic amide is 60g, Potassium persulfate is 0. 08g, N, N' methylene double acrylamide is 0. 08g, pH is 4. 5, and the reaction temperature is 70~C, the apparent water absorption of the geotechnieal maintenance membrane reaches 3 834g/m2 with good water retention capability, which basically meets the geotechnical requirement.
