鉴于侧吹风冷却方式下纺POY细旦纤维时会产生断裂伸长率偏低和条干不匀率偏大的情况,本文对侧吹风冷却方式下纺POY细旦丝的工艺进行了研究,通过延长缓冷区高度、加装冷却风导流装置和防干扰装置,改进侧吹风风网工艺和设备条件,纺128dtex/144f POY超细纤维。结果表明:改进的侧吹风显著地提高了细旦纤维品质,128dtex/144f超细纤维的条干不匀率(U值)达到0.63%,接近巴马格环吹风冷却Ev0水平。

In view of the disadvantages of low elongation at break and high yarn unevenness value (CV) of POY fine fiber spun by the side blowing, this paper studies the technology of spinning POY ultrafine fiber by the side blowing. By extending the height of the slow cooling zone, installing the cooling air guiding device and the protection device, it modifies the wind net technology and device conditions of side blowing to spin the 128 dtex/144f POY ultrafine fiber. The results indicate that modifying the side blowing, the CV of 128 dtex/144f ultrafine fiber reaches 0. 63%, close to Barmag's circular blowing cooling EVO level, dramatically improving the quality of the ultrafine fiber.
