Teaching faculty is one of the key factors in the preschool development in minority areas. The prob- lems existing in the teaching faculty of preschool education in the current minority areas lie in the aspects of educa- tion background, job tide and social treatment. An analysis of the main problems is carried out to put forward the effective measures for developing the teaching faculty of preschool education in minority areas.
