莞惠城际铁路GDK2+561~GDK9+734段简支梁原设计为预制架设方案,由于(100+180+100)m连续梁拱桥无法通行架桥机、悬浇连续梁较多、预制梁场建设成本高、拆迁困难等原因,通过工期和成本对比分析,变更为移动模架现浇施工方案。介绍了双梁式移动模架过小半径平曲线、过框架墩、过连续梁、调头施工技术,以及外模黏贴不锈钢板技术的应用。

Wanhui intercity railway GDK2 +561 - GDK9 +734 section beam erection is originally designed to be prefabri- cation scheme. Due to reasons as the inability of ( 100 + 180 + 100) m continuous beam arch bridge to support the bridging machine, the large number of cantilever casting continuous beams, high construction cost, removal difficulties and among other reasons, through time limit and cost comparative analysis, the design is changed to mobile formwork cast-in-place construction scheme. And the article introduces the innovation technologies such as double beam type movable frame, mo- bile mould frame passing through small radius curve, the frame pier, continuous beam, turning construction technology as well as the application of stainless steel plate on external mold technology.
