以济南市23家企业1957名科技人员为被试，采用赖斯工作压力问卷、社会支持评定量表和焦虑自评量表进行测查。结果显示企业科技人员工作压力偏高，焦虑水平较高；工作压力对焦虑有正向预测作用，社会支持对焦虑有负向预测作用；社会支持在工作压力与焦虑之间起调节作用。社会支持增加，工作压力对焦虑的正向预测作用变弱，即增加企业科技人员的主观支持、客观支持，提高支持利用度可降低由工作压力导致的焦虑水平。

In order to explore the relationship between science - technology workers＇work stress, social suppor tand anxiety, the study investigated 1957 science - technology workers irom 23 enterprises and adopted Word Stress Questionaire, Social Support Rating Scale and Self -Rating Anxiety Scale to carry out the study. The result shows that the level of Science - technology workers＇work stress is higher; the level of anxiety is higher; work stress can positively predict anxiety, and social support can negatively predict anxiety ; social support plays a moderating rule between work stress and anxiety. As social support increases, the role of work stress positively predicting anxiety is weaker. That is, increasing science -technology workers employees subjective and objective support, and impro- ving their utilization of support can reduce the level of anxiety caused by work stress.
