利用废钢增碳的方式取代传统的生铁来生产合成铸铁，可提高铸件质量，降低生产成本。本文介绍了增碳剂的选用及其性能指标，分析了熔炼速度和温度、铁液化学成分、铁液搅拌以及增碳剂加入量、加入方式等熔炼工艺对增碳剂吸收率的影响，并探讨了废钢增碳工艺后的合成铸铁的组织及性能变化趋势。

Production of compound cast iron with scrap steel recarburization in place of conventional pig iron can improve the quality of castings and reduce the cost of produc- tion. This paper introduces the selection and properties of recarburizers, analyzes the in- fluence of melting speed and temperature, chemical composition of molten iron, stirring of molten iron, addition of reearburizer and the adding process on the absorptivity of recar- burizer, and studies the trend of structures and properties of compound iron with the appli- cation of scrap steel recarburizing process.
