以后浪漫主义生态美学理论为指导,重新审视古老的中国文化,从生态的角度感悟到国学中＂医易不分＂的文化再续和蕴含力量,感悟到《黄帝内经》[1]中的＂顺时而为＂,不仅是中医养生的重要理念,同时也是实现人与自然和谐共处的生态存在观,引导我们将关注点从对＂外＂的掠夺转向对＂内＂的审视和修正;只有将审视＂做人＂作为修正当下人类盲目发展经济而出现的精神缺失问题的突破口,把人类关注的视线从外部转向内部,才能认识到我们当前的种种偏失之处,才能充分认识到——解决人与自然和谐问题的前提必定是首先实现人与自身的健康与和谐。

By rereading the Chinese Classics The Medical Classic of the Yellow Emperor, this article which is under the direction of ecological aesthetics puts forward a slogan for modern people to reflection, namely, ＂Go with the Way Things to Be＂, that is to say ,we should do the things naturally and equally, both on the natural law of being lives and on the way which we treat other spices. This idea is not only the regimen of Chinese Medicine Culture, but also the way of achieving the harmonious co - existence between man and nature. It is high time to turn our attention from Almighty Money to Negligible Person, and we should make self - reflection and self - amendment as the approaches to solve main problems in high speed development society. The moment we realize how naive our biased behavior and blank thought are, the moment we are on the way to get truly healthy and happy life.
