在调查陕西省30多个县不同层次农民技术需求差异性的基础上,分析农民获得农业科技成果的途径与农业科技成果推广传播有效途径之间的关系,重点对近年发展并作为示范的"农业专家大院"、"主导产业基地"、"农技110"、"农技特派员"、"农业科教期刊"、"农林卫视"等具有中国特色的政府主导型农业技术推广模式与西方国家市场引导型和农民主导型的农业技术传播路径与效果进行比较分析与评价,依照农业传播学基本理论和统计学方法等,提出陕西省不同区域多元化农业科技成果传播原则、模式及路径的创新方案和建议。

Based on thorough research into peasants for technical needs at different levels in over 30 coun- ties in Shaanxi province, this paper makes an analysis of the relationships between the ways of learning the agricultural scientific and technical achievements by peasants and the effective ways of spreading them. Besides, comparative analysis and evaluation is also made of the results from the Chinese govern- ment - guided ways of spreading them such as : "Agricultural Expert Yard", " Leading Industry Base", "Agricultural Science and Technology 110", "Special Commissioner of Agricultural Science and Tech- nology ", "Journal of Scientific and Technological Education", etc. and the market - guided and peasant - guided ways of doing so in the western countries. In accordance with the basic theories of agricultural communication studies and the statistical methods, schemes and suggestions about the rules, modes and ways of spreading the diversified agricultural scientific and technical achievements are proposed at differ-ent regions in Shaanxi province.
