Teaching quality supervision the school's system. This paper, taking and guarantee system at the department level is an important branch of Cuisine Department of SHIC as an example, analyzes the connotation of teaching quality supervision and guarantee system for cuisine majors, expounds the related problems, estab- lished teaching quality supervision and guarantee system for cuisine majors at the department level, and offers some thoughts through practice.
