草原文化是内蒙古独特的资源优势。以草原文化为依托的蒙餐文化，具有绿色天然、饮食一体、注重本味、突出礼仪、食娱同行、体现民俗、营养保健、医食同补的特征，迎合了时代消费理念。新经济时代，应大力弘扬蒙餐饮食文化，增强蒙餐的影响力，为当地经济发展助力。
草原文化是內矇古獨特的資源優勢。以草原文化為依託的矇餐文化，具有綠色天然、飲食一體、註重本味、突齣禮儀、食娛同行、體現民俗、營養保健、醫食同補的特徵，迎閤瞭時代消費理唸。新經濟時代，應大力弘颺矇餐飲食文化，增彊矇餐的影響力，為噹地經濟髮展助力。
초원문화시내몽고독특적자원우세。이초원문화위의탁적몽찬문화，구유록색천연、음식일체、주중본미、돌출례의、식오동행、체현민속、영양보건、의식동보적특정，영합료시대소비이념。신경제시대，응대력홍양몽찬음식문화，증강몽찬적영향력，위당지경제발전조력。
Grassland culture represents the unique resources advantages in Inner Mongolia. Grassland culture- based Mongolian meals are characterized by natural green, integrated diets, emphasis on natural tastes ,prominent etiquette, folk-custom manifestation, nutrition and health care, medical food and supplements, etc., which caters to consumption concept of the times. Consequently, the article argues that in the new economic era, efforts should be made to vigorously carry forward Mongolian meal culture,enhance the influence of Mongolian meals so as to promote the local economic development.
