在分析柴油机冷起动性能的影响因素和柴油机冷起动研究现状的基础上,介绍了运用计算机仿真软件研究柴油机冷起动过程的优点,指出了电控共轨喷油技术和全可变气门技术是进行柴油机优化设计、提高其冷起动性能的关键技术,并得出了升温起动辅助装置优于应急起动辅助装置的结论。

On the basis of analyzing performances and existing status of diesel cold-start, the paper introduces the advantages in researching diesel cold-start by applying computer simulation software. It points out that the electrically-controlled common-rail fuel injection technology and fully variable valve technology are the key points in diesel optimum design and improving its cold-start performances, from which the conclusion that the auxiliary raising temperature device is better than that in emergency start was drawn out.
