采用温挤压成形技术对铝合金汽车空调高压汽缸体进行精密温挤压成形加工,其挤压件表面粗造度Ra可以达到0.8~1.6。尺寸精度高,尺寸一致性好,完全满足汽缸体的技术要求。同时温挤压成形的汽缸体由于无砂眼、气孔、裂纹和折叠等缺陷,大大提高了缸体的使用寿命。
採用溫擠壓成形技術對鋁閤金汽車空調高壓汽缸體進行精密溫擠壓成形加工,其擠壓件錶麵粗造度Ra可以達到0.8~1.6。呎吋精度高,呎吋一緻性好,完全滿足汽缸體的技術要求。同時溫擠壓成形的汽缸體由于無砂眼、氣孔、裂紋和摺疊等缺陷,大大提高瞭缸體的使用壽命。
